Informative Tool

Informative Tool

We learned what informative tool mean? Informative tool refers to the application that provides valuable or useful information to the learners. There are six various format of informative tool such as text, sound, image, animation, video and graphics. Informative tool play an important role to encourage learners to explore, think critically, develop research skills and learn to integrate relevant information. Provide learners to analyze the information further to expand their knowledge and skills on learning concepts. Enhance the learners to think critically and develop their searching skills. Provide learners to evaluate the resources (validate) on the internet. Tools to provide raw materials for students to organize, reorganize, compare and construct but teachers must provide information/reference/content for the situation in the beginning or during or after the activity. So, student can analyze, synthesize and manipulate the activity. Then ask the student to construct their own knowledge and meaning and write their understanding of the information provided.

We can design our own educational lessons using informational tools, allowing students to investigate a certain subject, exercise critical thinking, analyze the information, and come up with a solution. It is possible to design our lesson so that it incorporates all six of the informative tool formats. I therefore want to share my instructional lesson, which I made using both text format possible for an educational tool. The instructive lesson on text format was created with the intention of illuminating the importance of time (tenses). Rather than employing a teacher-centered approach to instruction, where students merely act as attentive listeners without engaging in any hands-on learning. Our instructional lessons will be more effective if we use informational tools that allow students to explore, conduct research on the subject, and learn at their own pace. In addition, because they were raised in a digital age, they are able to innovate and adjust to the current digital environment. Therefore, in my role as a teacher, I encouraged the use of informational tools in our lessons since they give students access to a larger range of information.

Second instructional tool that I would like to share is an animation that contained every format possible for an educational tool. the animation is on water cycle which can supplement the learning of student. With the help of the water cycle animation, students can relate to their surroundings. Students are capable to recognize the water cycle process and make connections to real-world scenarios by seeing that animation. In addition, they are able to figure out their own conclusions and implications for that particular topic. By using educational resources, students can learn how to make their own animations by using transitions, animation, and other techniques correctly. Overall, it gives students a stage on which to display their originality and inventiveness.
